Rates are inclusive of GST and are subject to change.

Please note we are not currently holding any rooms and rates are subject to availability.

How to book:

• ● Step 1: Go to our website Oakshotels.com.au
• ● Step 2: Select HOTEL NAME
• ● Step 3: Enter “Booking code”
• ● Step 4: Select Dates (must be between dates quoted)
• ● Step 5: Select room type & rates
• ● Step 6: Follow the prompts to book

Conditions:

• ● Must be booked via our Oaks Hotels website only, not valid through any 3^rd party website, not valid to be booked over the phone
• ● Discount is only valid for new bookings only (unable to make a booking using alternative method and then apply code)
• ● All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking
• ● Bookings must be made using the above code in order to receive discounted rates
• ● Particular booking T&Cs will be as per “rate plan booked”

Check-In

Pre-Authorization: The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from the Tour Leader/Manager upon check in. Please note: any credit card payments will incur a 1.5% credit card service fee Check-in is after 2pm, however, should you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and you are welcome to use the hotel facilities

Check Out

Check-out time is prior to 10am. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note that a fee may apply for a late check-out
