To assist participants in obtaining a visa, an invitation letter can be requested. Please note that receiving an invitation letter does not exempt you from completing the registration process. You must still complete your registration after receiving the invitation letter. If you have already registered, there is no need to submit an invitation letter request; it will be sent automatically to your email. Upon submission, you will receive the invitation letter within 3-5 days.
